What is your shipping policy?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.  Please see below our delivery details:

• UK delivery only
• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail
  • Standard shipping (2 - 3 business days after dispatch £2.95)
  • Express shipping (1 - 2 business day after dispatch £4.95)
  • Free shipping on all orders over £40
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed
  
• We are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.  If you need something dropping off to an address nearby (either as a last minute gift to someone or to yourself), please write a note in the box at checkout page.

 

Do you offer discount for bulk orders?

Yes, we do! If you are interested in events, promotional magnets or shop merchandise, please get in touch with us for more information and pricing.

 

What type of images can I use?

We can only print images that you own or have permission to use.  This means no copyrighted characters, logos or professional photos unless you have the rights.

 

What is your returns policy?

Because our products are custom-made just for you, we operate a remake policy rather than a traditional returns process.

If your item arrives defective or isn't quite right, simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will remake it for you — no fuss, no hassle.
