Because our products are custom-made just for you, we operate a remake policy rather than a traditional returns process.

If your item arrives defective or isn't quite right, simply let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will remake it for you — no fuss, no hassle.

Just drop us a message via our email: hello@luminmags.co.uk with your order details and photos of the front and back of the issue, and we will get it sorted.
